About Me
Who I am
I’m your typical weekend warrior, a fitness enthusiast through and through. To date, I’ve conquered 5 Ironman Races, run 10 Marathons, tackled over 20 Obstacle Course Races (including Spartans and Tough Mudders), and I never miss the Crossfit Games Open.
Beyond my active lifestyle, one thing I absolutely adore is celebrating my achievements. That means medal racks, framed photos, and, of course, Flags!
In September 2021, after completing my fifth full-distance triathlon, an event that traditionally rewarded a flag each year, everything changed. COVID-19 threw a wrench into 2020, and in 2021, some corners were cut, and the cherished tradition of receiving a flag was discontinued.
At first, I wasn’t too bothered, but when I returned home and saw just four race flags adorning my wall, it began to gnaw at me. I scoured the internet for alternatives but came up empty-handed. Undeterred, I took matters into my own hands and had a brilliant idea of offering athletes the option to include their names and race times on their flags, adding a personal touch that resonated deeply. And just like that, Race Flags LLC was born.
We pour meticulous care into every detail. Whether it’s including a silhouette of your personal racecourse, adding the subtlest nuances to a flag, or nailing the perfect color palette – Race Flags is here to ensure you can proudly showcase your achievements!
My goal is to help as many athletes as possible proudly display their hard-earned accomplishments while connecting with fellow athletes, sharing stories, and building a tight-knit community.
