Flags come exactly as pictured, and any customized flag requires approval before printing. Legacy and Custom Flags are not eligible for refunds since they are printed just for you, but a standard flag can be refunded upon return. Return shipping is not provided however, and is the buyers responsibility.

If ordering a standard flag, if the flag is in stock; expect it shipped within 1 business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you.

If a flag is listed on back-order, shipment can take up to 3 weeks to print and ship to you after purchase.

If you are purchasing a custom flag, expect to see your Proof within 48hrs after ordering; not including weekends. Once you approve the proof via email, then the flag will arrive within 3 weeks.

A large quantity of flags are made following each race, but after those flags sell-out; they are printed per order; and can take up to 3 weeks for a new order.

Absolutely! Once a flag is sold-out of its initial printing, it will be listed as On Back-Order. Upon purchase, we will print a flag for you. Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

No, We are not affiliated with Ironman, and do not currently work with them currently in any capacity.

Each flag is 24 inches wide by 36 inches long. If you would like a different size, feel free to reach out via email or the contact form.

Our flags are made out of Nylon, and intended for Indoor/Display Use Only. If you want a flag for outdoors, please contact us and we will create an outdoor grade flag for you. If you find your flag has some wrinkles on it, we recommend either to leave on the shower door while running hot water in the hot shower. We don’t recommend ironing as it may melt the fabric if not done properly.

We would be happy to change any colors, modify text, add a mantra, or add a club logo (if used with permission) to a flag. More than that, then please fill out the New Design Form.

Select the design you want, and then in the Notes mention that you would like to change the distances to 70.3.

Of course! Just select the design you like, choose the Legacy Option, and add it to the cart. Provide the race date in the Order Notes, and we will be able to get that flag made for you. A proof will be provided prior to printing to ensure it is what you want. Keep in mind that this will be printed just for you, and will require up to 3 weeks for printing and delivery once you accept the proof.
